Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to check what they're owed. Here's how we're making sure they can.
Last updated 23 October 2026
1. Our aim
We want everyone to be able to check their figures and use our services, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard, magnifier or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
2. What we've done
- Every question and button can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Form fields have labels, and results are announced to screen readers when they change.
- Text can be resized to 200% and pages work on a phone without scrolling sideways.
- Colour is never the only way information is shown, and text meets contrast guidelines.
- Animations can be paused, and stay still if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Plain English throughout, with no time limits on filling anything in.
3. What isn't perfect yet
- The PDFs we make aren't fully tagged for screen readers. Where we offer a PDF, the same content is also on screen, and most letters come in Word, which works well with screen readers.
- Some illustrations are decorative and hidden from screen readers. If one ever carries information that isn't in the text, please tell us.
4. Reporting a problem
If something on the site is hard to use, email hello@everythingright.co.uk with the page and what happened. We'll fix it or find another way to get you what you need.
