Work with us

For the professionals people need next.

People come here at the moment something changes at work. Some of them then need a solicitor, a mediator, an adviser or a coach. If that's what you do, and you do it well, we'd like to talk.

Who we work with

Six kinds of help people ask us for

Employment solicitors

A settlement agreement is only binding once the employee has had independent legal advice, and employers usually contribute to the cost.

Mediators

Accredited workplace and employment mediators, for disagreements that need a conversation before anything can be agreed.

Financial advisers

A redundancy or settlement lump sum, a pension to move, a mortgage to think about. Good advice at the right moment matters.

Career coaches and outplacement

For employees working out what's next, and employers who want to support the people leaving.

HR consultants

Associates who can help deliver letters exercises, consultations and interim HR support alongside us.

Payroll and accountancy

Final pay, termination payments and the tax treatment of each part, done right first time.

Our rules

Trust comes first, for them and for you

People always choose

We show a partner where they'd genuinely help. We never pass anyone's details on. People contact a partner themselves, or not at all.

Always labelled

Every listing says it's a partner, and that we're paid a flat fee to show it.

Flat fees, never per lead

No commission and no fee per enquiry or case, so we have no reason to push anyone towards a partner.

The figures never move

Calculators, guides and documents are never changed for a partner, and listings never appear inside a result.

Checked before listing

Solicitors must be SRA-regulated and financial advisers FCA-authorised. We check their number on the public register and the firm on Companies House before a listing goes live, and again each year. Other memberships are shown as the partner gives them.

Removed if it goes wrong

If people tell us a partner let them down, we look into it, and the listing comes down if it isn't put right.
