Headed paper
Set up a letterhead once and the employer documents you make here can use it: employer packs, the collective consultation pack, bulk statements and the Agree it in writing confirmation letter. Keep one for each client if you write for others. It stays in this browser and is never sent to us.
Your letterheads
Plain (no letterhead) is always there when you download, in case a letterhead doesn't quite work on a document.
Use them on another device
Letterheads aren't stored in your account, so they don't follow you. Export them to a file and import it on the other device. This file holds your letterheads (names, logos, addresses and footers) in plain form. Anyone with the file can read them and use them. Keep it somewhere safe and delete it when you've imported it.
