Fill in your organisation's details and policy settings once, and every employer pack fills them in for you, so the letters follow your own policy. HR consultants can keep one for each client, each with its own headed paper. Profiles stay in this browser and are never sent to us.

Use your settings on another computer
Your profiles and headed paper are kept in this browser, not in your account, so they don't follow you automatically. Download your settings as one file, then open it on the other computer. Do the same after you change anything.
This file holds your organisation profiles and letterheads (names, addresses, contacts, policy settings and logos). It holds nothing about any employee. Anyone with the file can read it, so keep it somewhere safe, such as your own work drive.
